Can I return my order?

You have 30 days to return the item from the moment you receive the package at your home. We only accept items that have not been used. In case, for example, you prefer another size or another color, you will have to place a new order in our online store.

– We recommend you send us the items well protected by an additional external packaging, just as you received it at your home, to avoid possible damage during transport.

– Items must be returned within 30 days receiving order.

– It is important to follow the return process, which begins by making a return request.

Also remember that you have the right to cancel the purchase, within the period of 14 calendar days following the delivery of the products. In this way you can check the status of the products and their characteristics, as you could do in any physical store. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify it by making a return request.

¿ How I can make a return?

If you want to return an item, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to My Account

Log in to your account with your e-mail address and password and enter the Returns menu . Then select the order with which you bought the item to be returned and click on the Return item(s) icon . Then select the producto(s) you want to return and choose the correct reason for your return. Finally print your return sheet.

Step 2: Prepare a new package

Once you have printed your return sheet, prepare a new package. And stick your return sheet on the outside of the package. Please send us the items well protected by additional external packaging, just as you received it at your home address, to avoid possible damage during transport. Please don’t stick any labels or tape on the original item box.

Step 3: Send the package

Send the package to the address indicated on your return sheet.

Step 4: Refund the money

Once we manage your return, we will refund the money and send you a confirmation email. We will refund the amount according to the payment method you used when placing the order.

In case you wish to receive the same product in another size or another alternative product, you must process a new order through our website, paying the shipping costs again.

Please bear in mind that if it is a return due to warranty, the management, decision to exchange and / or repair the product depends exclusively on Blackbottoms. The waiting time varies depending on the Blackbottoms technical service management time. The decision to change or repair the item will depend exclusively on Blackbottoms. Once we received the response from the service of Blackbottoms , we will inform you if the guarantee has been accepted and if so, Blackbottoms will repair or replace the product.

How to make a claim if I have received a wrong, damaged or defective item?

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, follow these steps:

Select the order with which you bought the item to be returned and click on the Return item(s) icon. Then select the product(s) you want to return and choose the correct reason for your return.

Step 3: Give us more information and photos

In order to process your request, provide us with a brief description of the error, damage or defect of the item and attach a photo in which the error, damage or defect of the item can be clearly seen.

If upon receiving the package you detect that there may be damage due to transport, it is important that you notify the carrier and that within 4 business days you provide us with the following:

– A photo of the packaging and carrier label.

– A photo of the damage to the product.

Step 4: We will review the application

After receiving your request, we will study your case as soon as possible. In a few days we will contact you to inform you about the procedure to follow.

We do not accept claims in the following cases:

-Wear of the item due to its daily use.      

-Damage due to improper use of the product or frequent use of the product.      

-Dye (eg blue fading jeans).      

-Balls or lint on clothes.      

-Damage caused by external factors: friction, sharp or sharp objects, chemicals …        

-Items that cause physical discomfort, for example blisters.      

How do I receive the money for my refund?

As soon as we receive the return , we will refund the value of the purchase . Depending on the payment method you have used when paying for the order, you will receive:

-If you have paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to your credit card account. You can check it in the extract of it. The date of settlement of the payment does not depend on us.      

-If you have paid by bank transfer, you will receive a credit directly to your bank account. You will have to provide us with your bank account details so that we can deposit the money.

SIZE INFORMATION

There may be a difference between the size you have ordered and the one indicated on the label of some of our products  , but don’t worry, this is due to the equivalence between international sizes. We recommend that you try everything on calmly at home.

Who pays the cost of my return?

The return costs will be at our expense as long as the product is actually damaged / defective or the item is incorrect.

In the case of a voluntary return, the shipping costs are at your expense. You can send the item by the means of transport that you choose or that is cheaper for you. We recommend that you use a shipping company that can track your shipment.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if you have received a wrong product or if the product was damaged when you received it.

How can I process an item under warranty?

All items are guaranteed 2 years. If you detect that the item has a manufacturing and / or functional defect, it will be sent to the brand. We offer a collection service for the defective item at our cost. The waiting time will vary depending on the management time that the technical service has. The decision to change or repair the item will depend exclusively on Bettle. If the manufacturing and / or functioning defect is declared , all the shipping costs generated, both for the collection and for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, will be at our expense. We reserve the right to reject a warranty request in the event that the returned item has not arrived in accordance with the conditions indicated in our return policy. Once we have received the response from Bettle’s service area , we will inform you if the warranty has been accepted and if so, Bettle undertakes to repair or replace the product.
